Green Ideas, Local Action: Eco-Club Model Exhibitions across 314 Blocks of Odisha

Block-level model exhibitions are being organized across all 314 Blocks of 30 districts in Odisha under the Environment Education Programme (EEP). The initiative began in November 2025 and will conclude January 2026. The exhibitions provide a platform for students to showcase their creativity and innovation in promoting sustainable lifestyle practices through eco-friendly models and products.

Eco-Club students from schools across the state showcased innovative eco-friendly models and products through vibrant exhibitions, highlighting practical solutions for sustainable living. From paper and cloth bags to creative decorative items made from recycled and upcycled materials, students demonstrated how everyday waste can be transformed into meaningful alternatives.

The exhibitions actively promoted Mission LiFE themes such as waste reduction, resource conservation, and environmentally responsible habits. Teachers, community members, and local stakeholders participated enthusiastically, strengthening grassroots-level environmental awareness and ownership.
