Hundreds of Eco Clubs in schools and colleges organised paper bag making workshops, tree plantation drives, cycle rallies, campus clean-ups, street plays, and wall magazine competitions — all thoughtfully designed around this year’s global WED theme. In every corner of Assam, students took the Mission LiFE pledge, upcycled waste into creative items, and engaged in spirited contests that strengthened their bond with nature.
Students took Mission LiFE pledges, upcycled waste into creative products, and participated in competitions that deepened their connection with environmental issues. Their enthusiasm was matched by thoughtful guidance from teachers and local experts, turning awareness into meaningful action.
At the heart of these events was community — with teachers, volunteers, and local leaders guiding the youth. Their collective spirit proved that environmental action isn’t just about big gestures, but small steps taken together.
